  • As a first-time buyer, I was a little hesitant to look around much less actually buy. I heard how competitive the California market was and Josh really put in the work to make it an easy process. He matched my tempo well in regards to walk-throughs and being available for questions that I had. I would 100% recommend him as your real estate agent. I will for sure come back to him if I am in the market again in the near future. If it wasn't for him catching a detail during the counteroffer stage I wouldn't have landed my place, so just know he is thorough and knowledgable about his craft.

  • I can't say enough great things about Josh. He helped us find a home during a crazy time in the market (Summer 2021). He is easy to work with, patient, and very knowledgeable about the San Diego area (and specially Scripps Ranch / Poway/ Penasquitos), and overall one of the nicest people we have met in real estate. We also encountered a difficult situation during closing ((the sellers tried to back out), and Josh helped get it resolved. Thank you !

Having Josh was a blessing, he took videos of homes we were interested in, took calls and texts at all hours including late at night and all over the weekend. He was there for us every step of the way not to make a sale but to make us happy with our new home. Couldn't have asked for better

He was very responsive whenever I had questions, and he kept me informed about the process every step of the way. He also had some great recommendations for professional services that I found very helpful. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very friendly, helpful, and flexible.
