As a first-time buyer, I was a little hesitant to look around much less actually buy. I heard how competitive the California market was and Josh really put in the work to make it an easy process. He matched my tempo well in regards to walk-throughs and being available for questions that I had. I would 100% recommend him as your real estate agent. I will for sure come back to him if I am in the market again in the near future. If it wasn't for him catching a detail during the counteroffer stage I wouldn't have landed my place, so just know he is thorough and knowledgable about his craft.

Josh helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect home.
